We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Try Them On — Risk Free
When your Plithora shoes arrive, you are welcome to try them on to ensure the right fit.
To keep your return eligible, please follow these guidelines:

Try them on while wearing clean socks

Only test them on clean indoor surfaces (such as carpet or a clean floor)

Avoid stepping on dirt, debris, or rough surfaces

Do not wear them for extended periods

Keep all original tags attached
This allows you to check the fit and comfort without affecting the condition of the shoes.
If they don’t fit or feel right, no problem — you can return them within 30 days of delivery.
What Is Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for shoes that show signs of use beyond proper try-on.
This includes:

Wearing shoes outdoors

Walking on dirty or rough surfaces

Visible wear on the sole (scuffing, dirt, or traction wear)

Signs of sweat, odor, or interior use

Creasing or material breakdown from extended wear

Removal or cutting of tags
Shoes must remain in like-new condition. If they show signs of use beyond a proper try-on, the return will be declined.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@plithora.com. Customers may be asked to submit clear photos of the item (top, sides, and soles) before shipping. This allows us to confirm the shoes are in like-new, unworn condition.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@plithora.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
