Do you accept returns
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the insoles are not quite right for you, just contact us and we'd get your return initiated within 6 hours.
If you purchased Package Protection at checkout, you can use the insoles for up to 30 days. Wear them in your shoes, walk in them, get them dirty from normal use, and still return them for free (we pay the return shipping) if they are not right for you.
Without Package Protection, returns are accepted only if the insoles are unused, and in original condition.

If they dont' feel right for you, contact use and we'd pay the return shipping and refund 100% of what you paid for the insoles.
